This is a new mixed media piece based on print of original painting which was sold many years ago.
I painted the original version of this when my father was passing. He was my captive audience.
We never spoke much, but in that time, he watched me paint and I felt for the first time
his great acknowledgement and kindredship.
These women represent all the feminine energies in my life that I called to support me and my family.
I call on them now as ancestors to support us all.
