I work intuitively and don't question where this set of ideas came from. I can only say they evolved. I have been focusing on imagining my female ancestors as happy clams...or joyous. Up until now, I always felt this heavy pull to take care of everyone. Amy Lam, an intuitive energy coach helped me visualize that my ancestors were beginning to smile, their clothing brightening, their energy rising to "joy". I felt sooooo much lighter after that and now I am painting that visualization.
