2023 PLACE Artists TALK with 7GEN with the Central Valley Cohort- Art based Healing Processes

The Inaugural Central Valley A PLACE OF HER OWN residency at 7GEN. Artists share their journey towards healing. A multi-generational group of women from the Central Valley who spent 5 months deeply engaged in the artistic thought processes of A PLACE OF HER OWN. They opened up their intuition, explored generational trauma and beliefs that bring chronic heartache. Their final art work in progress at the time of this TALK were an answer to the question, "If you had a place of your own, what would it be?" Guidance: Cynthia Tom Founding Director, Patricia Ann Zamora (PAZ) is a PLACE Alumni and land steward of 7GEN, Julie Andersen PLACE Alumni facilitator and curator.
